Stock and Shipping

At Myoshi Mac The Brand, we are always hoping to keep a full and consistent inventory. If an item you want is currently sold out, we ask that you allow us 5 business days to both restock and update our boutique's online inventory.

All orders take 48 hours to process and receive your tracking information. We currently offer Standard, Express and Next-Day shipping options.

Pre-Ordered items will have the expected ship date noted in the product page and will be stated in your confirmation email. For questions on pre-order items, please complete the form on the 'Contact Us' page or email: support@myoshimac.com.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for any used cosmetic items.

We can only accept items that have been returned unworn/unused and in the item's original packaging to receive any form of payment. We reserve the right to deny any return or refund.


All returns must be made within 10 business days to receive a full refund in your original method of payment. Any item returned after 10 business days will receive store credit to be used on future orders.
